Telegram Bot by Neor - Open Source Project in Python programming language. A chatbot that uses machine learning algorithms to train a model.

The bot is trained in a sample (you must first install the base of intents in the folder with the project and select it in the main.py file).

Using machine learning algorithms, the bot gives answers to questions that are not in the database.

The bot is based in the Scikit-learn (sklearn) library, a machine learning library for the Python programming language.
